个人简介
主要从事奶牛细菌病研究,结合牧场临床大数据和实验室多组学数据,通过统计学、流行病学和系统生物学等方法解析病原菌致病机制、病原菌在牧场(间)和不同宿主之间的传播规律,为牧场防控细菌病和公共卫生管理提供数据支持。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和北京市自然科学基金青年项目各1项,参与十四五国家重点研发计划等10余项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Nucleic Acids Research、Microbiome和Journal of Dairy Science 等高水平期刊发表论文15篇,参与制定行业标准多项,参编英文书籍1部,中文书籍1部。
