个人简介
潘彦彤,欧宝综合app青年研究员。2018年获西北农林科技大学农学学士学位,2023年获欧宝综合app农学博士学位,2023年至2025年在欧宝综合app从事博士后研究,2025年6月入选欧宝综合app人才引进计划,任欧宝综合体育基础兽医学系青年研究员。主要针对兽药、霉菌毒素、非法添加物等食品安全典型危害物,在半抗原合理设计、抗体精准创制、免疫分析检测技术开发等方面开展了系列研究。获得博士后创新人才支持计划,主持国家自然科学基金委青年科学基金和十四五国家重点研发计划子课题各1项。近五年以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在食品安全和分析化学领域的Trends in Analytical Chemistry和Food Chemistry等期刊发表SCI论文9篇,第一发明人授权国家发明专利2项。

研究领域
(1)利用计算机辅助设计与计算化学技术解析半抗原理化性质,创新性开展半抗原设计
(2)结合单细胞、噬菌体展示等技术制备鼠源、兔源及驼源单克隆抗体,并解析其分子识别机制
(3)采用随机/饱和突变、深度学习等方法,实现抗体体外进化
(4)设计纳米酶、MOF等新型功能材料,构建高灵敏免疫分析检测方法
